Martha Pangburn has been a school librarian for 27 years, 20 of which have been at Norman High School. She has a Master's Degree in Library and Information Studies from the University of Oklahoma (although she often says,"Go Pokes") and a Bachelor's of Science in Education from Oklahoma Baptist University. She achieved her National Board Certification in 2005, and has continued to maintain her certification through 2030. Martha has presented at local, state, and national conferences and is active in the Oklahoma Library Association and the American Association of School Librarians. Martha is a Guided Inquiry Design district trainer for NPS. She is the 2018 OKSL Technology in Education award winner and the 2020 OKSL Polly Clarke award winner. Martha is married to Joshua, a 5th grade teacher, and has two active 12-year-olds!
